About Tender Loving Care Child Learning Centre
TLC Child Learning Centre was established in 1976 in York, Ontario, and is staffed by fully-licensed care providers, including Early Childhood Education-qualified caretakers. We are located in a large three-story building at 44 Cross Street.
Providing both full and part-time care, our facility is open Monday through Friday, from 7 AM to 6 PM, except for statutory holidays. We walk our school-age children to local community schools, H.J. Alexander and St. John Evangelist Catholic School.
